About Us

Larry & Tina Pencovic founded Son of a Jeweler in 1990.

The name Son of a Jeweler was chosen by the original owner, Larry Pencovic, who truly was the "Son of a Jeweler."

Larry's father, Herman A. Pencovic, also known as "Pinky," was the first generation of Jewelers in the Pencovic family. Sadly, Larry passed away in 2005. Larry's wife, Tina Pencovic, along with her wonderful staff have carried on a fine family tradition serving the Fremont community with all jewelry needs.

Our store specializes in engagement rings, gifts for all special occasions, and jewelry repair. We offer custom jewelry with CAD designing, along with a vast selection of settings already created to bring your vision to life.

Tina values hiring a team of family and friends. As a family-owned & operated small business, we want our customers to feel comfortable while browsing our selection of fine jewelry.
